§ 47-13. Pro rata share determination.

  • Each subsequent developer's pro rata share will be determined by multiplying the parcel's pro rata percentage by the pro rata improvements cost. An estimation of the pro rata shares shall be included within the pro rata agreement. This estimate shall be based upon the pro rata percentage and the engineer's estimate of improvement costs.

    Following construction, the estimated pro rata shares shall be finalized to reflect the final construction costs, as specified in this chapter.
