§ 47-20. Administrative fees.

In order to cover the cost of reviewing and administering pro rata petitions, payments, and reimbursements, a fee shall be charged in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by resolution of the board of county commissioners. A petitioner may only utilize the procedures of this chapter after payment of the applicable fees. Fees for pro rata reimbursements may be deducted from the received pro rata payments prior to distribution to the petitioner.

Any administrative fees applicable under this chapter shall be reviewed from time to time by the county manager, and any changes to these fees shall be made by resolution of the board of county commissioners. The administrative fees will be made available to the county manager each fiscal year to cover the cost of administering the pro rata program in this chapter.
